We are committed to maintaining professional commercial standards for our European clientele regarding the purchase of desktop organisation products. - Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Statutory Period)
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation, customers residing in the European region have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the physical receipt of the goods, without necessity for justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify our support team via email at organization@deskorganizehub.com within the 14-day window.
Items must be returned in their original commercial condition to our facility in Singapore (see Section 5 for details).
3.Damaged or Defective Items
We implement rigorous quality oversight to ensure the condition of our office organisation products. However, should an item arrive with a functional impairment or damage:

Upon verification of the evidence provided, we will process a full refund or a replacement dispatch at no additional cost.
Note: For verified damaged items, you are not required to return the physical item to us; the digital evidence submitted shall suffice to resolve the matter.
4.Shipping, Delays, and Non-Delivery
We coordinate our logistics through priority services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
Timeframe: Standard transit to Europe is estimated at 6 to 12 business days.
Tracking: Automated notifications are sent to your registered email at key milestones, including dispatch, arrival at regional hubs, and local delivery.
Investigation Protocol: Should an order exceed the standard delivery timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Based on the factual outcome of the inquiry, we will provide a resolution, which may include a full refund or a secondary dispatch.
5.Return Procedure and Address
For standard returns under the Right of Withdrawal, the items must be dispatched to our corporate operations centre:

The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return shipping for non-defective items. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the documented arrival of the goods.
Please be aware that international return shipping costs to our Singapore facility can be substantial, especially for larger items such as filing cabinets. We encourage customers to review product dimensions and specifications thoroughly before purchase.
6.Refund Processing
Upon approval of a refund (following the receipt of a return or verification of damage), the funds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout. Our systems support refunds via:
